The John Adams Middle School Instrumental Music program offers many opportunities for young musicians of all grades and proficiency levels.  Nearly 300 students are currently enrolled in one of three bands or three orchestras as well as a Music Conversion class that offers instruction on a second instrument (woodwind or brass).  All of the ensembles incorporate state and national standards within the curriculum, and every student can access multiple opportunities to develop and strengthen musical skills as an individual as well as an ensemble member, regardless of musical experience or proficiency.
